Born at 2:30 this morning

She’s officially unnamed. For the moment, we’ll refer to her as Ahvee’s Girl. Of course, if that blaze between her eyes starts looking like a lightning bolt… well who knows! Her sire is Lonhro, so there’s always Rho-Joy… but this naming attempt could go on for a very long time — and probably will.

The Vet will visit this afternoon. We hope to see her on March 7th, since this weekend we’ll be in DC for Aipac Policy Conference. Last year, we got to see Little Ahvee (still no official name) at 5 days old. She’ll be 10 days old by the time we get to see her. Just another one of those things you can’t control.
