Another Genius, the horse we didn’t believe in who won her first two races, will try for a third straight victory in Saturday’s third race on the turf at Aqueduct Race Track. Post time is 1:18 pm. She will be wearing #10 and be guided 1 1/16 miles by Jose Ortiz, who was her pilot in her first victory. She’s 4-1 on the Morning Line.

Meanwhile, we are excited to hear that 2-yr. old Ramon Dominguez, Ahvee’s first born, has arrived at Belmont. Here he is in his new stall.

I’m not going to show any photos of the weanling from City Zip. In the last photo I sent, she looked pretty sickly and she hasn’t improved very much, but Pat says she’s doing a little better every day and he’ll get her looking healthy and strong but it might take three or four months.

We’re busily working on matings for Ahvee’s Destiny and Candy for Kisses. We’ve requested this year’s Kentucky Derby winner, Nyquist, for Ahvee and are still deciding on a selection for Candy. We’ll report further on this soon.
